    This is our double plate calibrated cheese press. This press is hand made from sustainable red oak right here in Michigan U.S.A.! No imported, or china junk here.
    This press will do a cheese round of about 7.5 inches round. Can press up to 80#. Simply turn the handle and press your cheese. Each turn applies 20# of pressure although most you will need is 20#. This press can work to press fruit too. Each press is coated in organic mineral oil. This press is designed to be used with a follower.
    Each press is handcrafted and quality inspected and pressure tested.
