Each stick is measures 1.5 inches long with a 4mm (0.1575) inch diameter. Glows brightly for 5-6 hours. Total glow time is up to 10-12 hours in optimal conditions (a cool enviornment).

Instructions: Bend enough to break the glass ampules and shake well to activate. Do not bend them them too hard or too far! They are small and could possibly break with excessive force. Bend until you hear the cracking sound and you're good to go.
