Each pack of 10 comes factory sealed in a sturdy tube. 2-3 year shelf life if kept in a cool and dry environment.

Payment is expected within 7 days at the close of auction or commitment to buy at fixed price. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. Most of our products ship worldwide. There are some exceptions due to size, weight, and warranty limitations. International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All items sold from DirectGlow are warranted for a period of 30 days. If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect or fails to perform to the specifications we describe, a replacement or a refund will be arranged. We will refund within 30 days of purchase any item for any reason if the product is in the packaging and condition in which it was received by the customer. In some cases we may ask for proof of said defects so we can provide the required proof to our insurers so we can settle your claim quickly. Please be prepared to send detailed photographs when such incidents warrant it. Return authorization must be given BEFORE sending any items back. Please open your package to ensure you received all items in working order. All items must be returned with original packaging, instructions, power cord, accessories and anything else they were originally packaged with. You should insure your return for your protection. For buyer's remorse situations, all return and (if applicable) reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
