Mugs/glassware/crocks/collectibles are all packed in obsessive amounts of bubble wrap, with additional padding in the box to ensure as best as possible that this makes it to you safe and sound.  Please take that into consideration when factoring in shipping costs.
Returns accepted.   Refund will be given once item is received in pre-listing condition as indicated in the posted/requested pictures and description.  Partial refunds may be applied for items received in condition other than how they were sent and will be denied outright where applicable (e.g. if serial numbers do not match, if item returned is not item sent to buyer, if item has been excessively used, if item is no longer salable, if a new factory sealed collectible is sent back opened, etc...)
