RARE 1892 ANHEUSER BUSCH bronze plaque from St. Louis MISSOURI – COOL!!!

Up for auction is a heavy,
Pre-Prohibition
bronze plaque from
Anheuser Busch of St. Louis, Missouri
with
"Compliments of Adolphus Busch"
across the top.
The bronze plaque measures 12" across (diameter).
The back of the plaque is marked
"CAST BY THE HENRY BONNARD BRONZE CO.
NEW YORK
1892"

All in all, this
RARE
Pre-Prohibition plaque is in
excellent, original
condition
.
The bronze has great, original patina without any distracting residue from cleaners stuck in the high relief crevasses.
The back of the plaque has the original, cast-in hanging loop intact.
Based upon the
phenomenal condition
of this bronze plaque and the fact that there's
NO
scratches or visible wear around the cast-in hanging loop on the back of the plaque -
I doubt whether it was EVER displayed.
