  • Condition: Very used restaurant operations guides from Shoneys in the 80s and 90s. Books are bound in 3 ring binders and have much writing, white out, and notes written in them. These were used in operations and heavily so.

    Shoney's memorabilia from their golden age. Restaurant training manuals for servers, local field marketing, and kitchen operations. This is stuff from the late 70s to late 90s. Ive tried to take enough pictures to give you an idea of whats included.
    These are used and have been used in actual operations for many years. There are notes, correction/changes, and markings throughout these...especially the server training manual.
