This is in Good Plus Condition, with very light
handling wear.
A couple minor creases here & there.
There was a minor spill on the front cover that left a minor stain (right side,
middle of the page).  Yes, even with this spill, it's still Good Plus condition.
Due to the type of paper used for this publication, the spill was wiped
up very quickly because it only affected the front cover.  Did not have
time to bleed through to the interior pages.
Very slight corner wear and only a couple slight creases.
Unless noted above... No tears, no water damage, no missing pages.
