Effective October 4, 2019 - all Pet Pilot MAX models will be shipping with the enhanced support bar. The new bar was redesigned with a thicker plate and no punch outs - much stronger! In addition, a new "spacer" tube is now standard. The spacer is designed to extend the support bar on some newer style handlebar stems - the new owner's manual describes the spacer tub and when it may be needed.
